AGB (GTC) What are they?

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen – AGB (General terms and conditions – GTC ) are pre-formulated contractual conditions that apply as standard to a large number of contracts. This simplifies individual contracts and keeps them short. They become valid in the respective contract by means of a corresponding reference.
